Average Delivery Time We strive for the best balance between price and quality for our products. To achieve this, we choose to ship products directly from the supplier, saving significantly on transport, storage, packaging, and shipping costs to offer products at a fair price. Each order is processed within 24 hours, and the average delivery time is 5 - 12 days, excluding a processing time of 3-5 days.

Track Your Order You can track your order via our Track and Trace page. Track and Trace can be followed online anytime and anywhere from 2 - 3 days after placing your order, so you know exactly when to expect your products.

30-Day Return Policy (Right of Withdrawal) You may want to return your order if you are not satisfied, or perhaps you want a different size or color. According to the law, you have 30 days after receiving the order to return it; this is called the right of withdrawal.

How Can I Exchange Products? If you want to exchange the product you ordered for a different size or color, it's no problem! Simply fill out our contact form, provide your order number, and let us know which product you want to exchange.

How to Return:

1. Please inform us of the return via the contact form. This allows us to process the refund promptly.
2. Download the return form, print it, and complete it.
3. Place the completed return form in the return package.
4. Send the package to our return address, as indicated on the return form.
5. Email us the track & trace code so we can refund you as soon as possible.
6. IMPORTANT: If you do not inform us of the return in advance and do not use the return form, we will not be able to refund you. This is because we cannot identify that the package belongs to you. To be on the safe side, please fill out the contact form in advance, send us the track & trace code, and use the return form. This way, we can ensure everything goes smoothly.

Order Cancellation You can cancel your order within 2 hours after placing it. Our order processing begins automatically after 2 hours, so unfortunately, cancellation is not possible after that. You can, of course, return the package as soon as you receive it.

Return Costs Yes, all customers are responsible for return costs, depending on your location and the number/type of products you want to return.

Return Exceptions Products that come into contact with human skin, such as (but not limited to) underwear, hair trimmers, razors, hair care products, skin care products, earrings, manicure products, pedicure products, false eyelashes, and makeup attributes, cannot be returned due to the hygienic nature of the product.

Defective Product If your product is defective, contact us. We will deliver a new package for free the first time and, unfortunately, cannot provide a refund. If the product is still faulty upon delivery the second time, which is highly unlikely, we will, of course, refund the entire purchase amount.

Sender Responsibility The sender of a package is always responsible, including for returns. Therefore, always provide a track & trace code and include the return form in the return shipment to avoid issues.

If the customer chooses to have the product delivered to a pick-up point, the customer is responsible for picking up the product. If the customer does not pick up the order at the pick-up point, and the order remains there until it is returned to the sender, the customer is responsible for the costs.
